Dan Deacon Interview

Last night as I was driving back into town WPRB was playing some crazy-blow-your-mind kind of stuff. So out there I had to call the DJ to find out who it was. Turns out it was Dan Deacon's "Wham City." I immediately contacted my local music Guru John Rehr who put me right in line with all this guy's tasty jams.

New season of Aqua Teen

So the 2nd episode of the new (5th) season of Adult Swim's Aqua Teen Hunger Force is up on www.adultswim.com - and that makes 2 episodes without Shake, Frylock or Meatwad!

Go check them out because so far they've been amazing - I love the character of Marcula - who apparently is the Aqua Teens' landlord. But seriously guys, are you gonna go with this all season?! Is this a big 'fuck you' to all those douchebags calling for more Carl?

Weight of the world, eh? I'm sure these two waifs know about as much about pain and suffering as they do about holding a steady job outside of retail. They can't tell you where to get a good sandwich but if you need blow at Savalo's at 3 in the morning they're your best shot.

Sorry y'all (like anyone reads this)

The holidays were fantastic - NH was covered in snow, seriously. Then I came back to Philly for new years, which was amazing. There's something on New Year's Day called "Mummers Parade" - check out a sample here:



The best part of the day is that it's a total shit-show complete with racist costumes and drinking in the street. I got plastered.

Beyond that: The job is stressing me out, someone knifed my bike tires the other night and I had to ride home through the ghetto on my rims and the past couple of days have been incredibly warm.
